class format or use that time to introduce new formats using
it as a kickoff platform to demonstrate classes.

Introduction to our new Wednesday evening class. This
75 minute FREE workshop will focus on improving your performance
in any sport, active hobby, or just the ADL's (Activities
of Daily Living). Your muscle strength and endurance begin
to decrease as you age, which assuredly makes daily tasks,
hobbies and sport performance more difficult. Learn how
to keep your muscle strength and endurance, while improving

"My
name is Krissy and I am 50. Three years ago, with no apparent
cause, I started to lose the feeling in my feet. Within
only a few months my condition worsened to the point that
I was bedridden. I had always been active in aerobics, skiing,
as an equestrienne and the mom of two young boys. After
extensive neurological tests, the diagnosis was idiopathic
progressive polyneuropathy, and the prognosis was that I
would spend my life as an invalid. A wonderful physical
therapist helped me to believe that I would be able to walk
with a walker, and I did. Then I slowly expanded my capabilities
to short outings with only a cane. My confidence was gone,
though, and I had the balance capabilities of a baby learning
to toddle. Then I waded into the water with Renee at her
Water Fitness program. In 3 classes (honestly, only 3) my
balance was visibly improving. My confidence grew with every
single class. In the water all the physical problems which
make exercise impossible for me just sort of float away!
In 20 classes, a little less than 6 weeks, I lost 10 pounds
and use my cane less and less. I am a hopeless convert to
this program. Almost anyone will find a benefit in that
